Why Google animals are so messy?

Pandas,Penguins...they make some of my websites jumping like 4 and 5 pages in a day.How to get over this stuff,I mean I know it's impossible if I want my websites on Google,but when will G calm down?

Google only expect from us to create user friendly website, full of information. If you create such website then you don't have to worry about these wild Google animals anymore.

No, I don't think so. I saw many websites of my competitor gets higher ranking. They don't have any issue like google panda and penguin updates.
