Question about domain names and possible EMD

Hi everyone,

I have read a few articles and looked around for a definitive answer, but for some reason this specific comparison was not made. Would you help me out? Which would you say is a better option:

Website 1

keyword1keyword2country.com VS keyword1keyword2.tld of that country?
(Services could be bought by anyone around the world but it is provided AT that specific country. Think of tourism like "scubadivingegypt.com" vs "scubadiving.eg")

Website 2

keyword1keyword2modifier.com VS keyword1keyword2.net/org/etc.
(keyword1keyword2 here has a good number of Exact Matches within my target market, so it has an EMD value. Modifier would be a neutral word like hq or center or pros or 01)
