Critical Mass is an interactive marketing agency based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Founded in 1996, they have expanded to include primary offices in Chicago and Toronto. Account offices exist in Austin, New York, Atlanta, London, and Geneva.
A small company of about 500 people, Critical Mass only works with larger organizations, and is viewed as a "boutique" agency. Despite its small size, Critical Mass is recognized as a leader by Forrester Research.
