OvBB, Written in PHP and powered by MySQL, is a light-weight and fast discussion board system that mimics vBulletin 2 in both look and behavior while incorporating new features and functionality.[1] After the project died, a couple of users or watchers of the software decided to try to bring back the project to life. One of these new projects was known as Atomic Boards,[2] and another was known as RyukiBB,[citation needed] but both seem to be inactive just like OvBB.
